Domestic shipping is 3-5 business days with USPS, Priority & First Class. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number & within 24-48 hours you will be able to track your order by clicking on the tracking number provided in the email. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please email us at yourcrownedempress@gmail.com. Be advised that shipping delays that are caused by USPS are possible in which we have no control over.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer we are not responsible. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer and no refunds will be provided if this happens.

If the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.
